What Strategic Interests means here
A strategic interest is a possibility Quentin is tracking or preparing for: a market, a role, or a form of ownership that is not yet a commitment.
Naming an interest publicly is a discipline, not an announcement. It clarifies focus without overpromising the future.
Every Building entry will, in time, answer six questions: What was the context? What was observed? What was built, shaped, improved, or contributed? What changed? What was learned? Which ideas does this connect to?
Until the work earns a complete answer to each, the public entry remains intentionally restrained. Silence is preferable to filler.
